Terms of Service

Add+Life Terms of Service Effective: 7/29/2026

1. Acceptance of these terms By creating an Add+Life account or using the Add+Life app (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What Add+Life is Add+Life is a personal health and wellness application. With your permission, it reads activity, sleep, heart-rate, and related wellness data from connected accounts such as Google Health and Whoop, and presents that data as dashboards, trends, scores, and general lifestyle insights.

3. Not medical advice Add+Life is a general wellness product. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The scores, trends, and coaching insights it displays are informational only and are generated from consumer wearable data, which can be inaccurate or incomplete.

Nothing in the Service is a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with questions about your health, and never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read in Add+Life. If you believe you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.

4. Your account You must provide accurate information when you register, keep your password confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Connected accounts The Service can connect to third-party health platforms at your direction. You authorize us to access data from those accounts solely to provide the Service’s features, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time in the app, and you may also revoke access directly with the provider. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party platforms or the devices that feed them.

6. Acceptable use You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse-engineer, disrupt, overload, or probe the Service or its infrastructure; use it to provide medical care or make clinical decisions about others; or resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.

7. Your data and privacy Our handling of your personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: your data powers the features you see in the app, we do not sell it or share it with advertisers, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

8. Availability and changes We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we may update the Service to add or remove features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and data from connected platforms may be delayed or unavailable for reasons outside our control.

9. Termination You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe create risk or legal exposure. Deleting your account permanently erases your associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Add+Life and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

12. Changes to these terms We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
